Bring a large pot of water to a boil, water enough to cover the noodles

Place the noodles in the boiling water, stir lightly. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, afterwards cover the pot to boil extra 1 minute for better texture.

Remove the noodles from heat and drain.

Pour the dried noodles into a bowl, add seasoning sauce and mix well.

Do not need rich ingredients, add an egg, sprinkle some green onions, there is a bowl of good noodles!

*Tricks - Drop a pinch of salt in the water. This helps flavor the noodles and helps the water boil at a higher temperature, reducing the cooking time.
